You planned it. We run it. Dreamwell takes over in the final weeks so you can be a guest at your own wedding, with a full coordination team on site from setup to the last box packed.
We take on eight weddings a year. Every couple gets the same complete service; the only thing that changes is the size of the team your day needs.

Before the Wedding
- Four planning calls, beginning 8 to 10 weeks before your date
- Review of your vendor contracts and logistics
- Custom master timeline, plus a version for each vendor
- Venue walkthrough, virtual or in person
- Vendor confirmations in the final month
Rehearsal
- Ceremony rehearsal led by your coordinator
- Processional order, timing, and positions for your wedding party and family
Wedding Day (up to 12 hours)
- A lead coordinator and assistant team on site
- One point of contact for every vendor and your wedding party
- Setup oversight of your ceremony and reception décor, including DIY pieces
- Timeline management and cueing for every key moment
- Quiet handling of last-minute changes, with our emergency kit on hand
- Gifts and personal items collected at the end of the night
- Cleanup and vendor breakdown oversight
- Expert guidance on your open decisions, with honest recommendations and creative ideas that stretch your budget
