Wedding Rehearsal (if applicable)
- Lead or assist with ceremony rehearsal coordination
- Guide bridal party and family on timing and positions
Wedding Day Management (Up to 12 Hours)
- 1 lead coordinator and 2 assistant coordinators on the day of your wedding
- Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors and the wedding party
- Manage and distribute the timeline to all vendors and key people
- Oversee setup of ceremony and reception décor
- Ensure vendor arrivals, deliveries, and setup run smoothly
- Manage transitions (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, etc.)
- Cue wedding party for processional and key moments
- Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies discreetly
- Assist with cake cutting, toasts, and formal events throughout the evening
- Collect personal items and gifts at the end of the night
- Oversee cleanup and vendor breakdown

- Use of emergency kit for quick fixes
